SPANNISH OMELETTE

cherry tomatoes, diced

kalamata olives, diced

cheese, grated

toast slices

Scramble eggs in a small bowl. Mix in chopped onion, tomato and olives.

Heat saucepan on medium heat with butter. Pour in egg mix evenly across the pan.

Put the toast in the toaster.
|

When Omlette is almost cooked grate on some cheese.
|
5. |
|
Serve Omlette onto buttered toast. |
PANCAKES

cup self raising flour

cup milk

sugar

lemon

Scramble egg in a large bowl.
Add in all milk and whisk together.
Add in flour little bits at a time and whisk.

Cook in fry pan in batches of desired pancake size.
|
3. |

Serve with sugar and lemon. |
SCRAMBLED EGGS

Whisk eggs in a bowl. Add milk then whisk together.
|
2. |
|
Cook in fry pan, turning once bottom is cooked enough to flip.
|
3. |
|
Add a sprinkle of grated cheese on top if desired. |
ENGLISH MUFFIN

Fry the egg and bacon.
|

Meanwhile, cook english muffin in the toaster.

Layer muffin bottom with cheese, bacon, egg, then muffin top. |
