BREAKFAST IDEAS LIST
 
* Crumpet with Honey
 
* Oats (Porridge)
 
* English Muffin
 
* Toast with:
Vegemite, Peanut Butter, Jam, Honey, Cream Cheese, etc
 
* Pancakes
 
* Spannish Omelette
 
* Eggs:
Fried, Poached, Scrambled, Benedict, etc
 
* Cerial:
Weetbix, Uncle Tobys Plus, Nutrigrain, Corn Flakes, etc
 
 
SPANNISH OMELETTE
 
2 eggs
 
1/4 red onion
 
4 cherry tomatoes, diced
 
4 kalamata olives, diced
 
1 cheese, grated
 
2 toast slices
 
 
1.   Scramble eggs in a small bowl. Mix in chopped onion, tomato and olives.
 
2.   Heat saucepan on medium heat with butter. Pour in egg mix evenly across the pan.
 
3.   Put the toast in the toaster.
 
4.   When Omlette is almost cooked grate on some cheese.
 
5.   Serve Omlette onto buttered toast.
 
 
PANCAKES
 
1/2 cup self raising flour
 
1/2 cup milk
 
1 egg
 
  sugar
 
  lemon
 
 
1.   Scramble egg in a large bowl.
Add in all milk and whisk together.
Add in flour little bits at a time and whisk.
 
2.   Cook in fry pan in batches of desired pancake size.
 
3.   Serve with sugar and lemon.
 
 
SCRAMBLED EGGS
 
2 eggs
 
1/4 cup milk
 
 
1.   Whisk eggs in a bowl. Add milk then whisk together.
 
2.   Cook in fry pan, turning once bottom is cooked enough to flip.
 
3.   Add a sprinkle of grated cheese on top if desired.
 
 
ENGLISH MUFFIN
 
1 english muffin, cut in half
 
1 egg
 
1 bacon rash
 
1 cheese slice
 
 
1.   Fry the egg and bacon.
 
2.   Meanwhile, cook english muffin in the toaster.
 
3.   Layer muffin bottom with cheese, bacon, egg, then muffin top.
