Crunchy Cajun Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

g potatoes, cut into cubes

tablespoons cajun spice seasoning (add less or more to your preference)

tablespoons semolina
|
| |
|
olive oil, as needed
|
| |
|
salt, to taste
|
| 1 |

lime, to serve |

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre heat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
|

Bring a pot of water to boil and drop your potatoes in. Cook till they just begin to soften
(about 7 minutes).

Drain you potatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
|

|
Mix potatoes with the remaining ingredients.
|

|
Roast for 25-30 minutes till golden brown. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lime. |
