Crunchy Cajun Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
 
800 g potatoes, cut into cubes
 
2 tablespoons cajun spice seasoning (add less or more to your preference)
 
3 tablespoons semolina
 
  olive oil, as needed
 
  salt, to taste
 
1 lime, to serve
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS
 
1.   Pre heat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
 
2.   Bring a pot of water to boil and drop your potatoes in. Cook till they just begin to soften
(about 7 minutes).
 
3.   Drain you potatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
 
4.   Mix potatoes with the remaining ingredients.
 
5.   Roast for 25-30 minutes till golden brown. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lime.
