Chilli Jam Tofu

INGREDIENTS

pack tofu, mushrooms or fake chicken strips
|

|
medium onion
|

|
red capsicum
|

|
tablespoons peanut oil
|

|
tablespoons Ayam chilli jam paste
|
1 |
|
tablespoon light soy sauce
|
1 |
|
tablespoon lime juice
|
|
|
cashew nuts, to serve
|
|
|
cooked rice, to serve |

INSTRUCTIONS

Dice tofu/mushroom/stirps, onion, and capsicum into strips.
|

Put 1 tablespoon of oil into a wok/pan and cook the tofu/mushroom/stirps until golden. Remove from wok and set aside covered.

|
Add another tablespoon of oil to the wok and cook onion, then add capsicum, then put the cooked tofu/mushroom/stirps back in.
|

|
Add the chilli jam, then soy sauce, then lime juice. Then serve with rice and cashew nuts. |
