Chilli Jam Tofu

INGREDIENTS
 
1 pack tofu, mushrooms or fake chicken strips
 
1 medium onion
 
1 red capsicum
 
2 tablespoons peanut oil
 
2 tablespoons Ayam chilli jam paste
 
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
 
1 tablespoon lime juice
 
  cashew nuts, to serve
 
    cooked rice, to serve
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS
 
1.   Dice tofu/mushroom/stirps, onion, and capsicum into strips.
 
2.   Put 1 tablespoon of oil into a wok/pan and cook the tofu/mushroom/stirps until golden. Remove from wok and set aside covered.
 
3.   Add another tablespoon of oil to the wok and cook onion, then add capsicum, then put the cooked tofu/mushroom/stirps back in.
 
4.   Add the chilli jam, then soy sauce, then lime juice. Then serve with rice and cashew nuts.
