Chilli Tofu

INGREDIENTS
 
1 pack plain tofu
 
1 cup orange juice (250ml)
 
1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
 
1 squirt of sriacha
 
1 squirt of tomato sauce
 
3 tablespoons soy sauce
 
1 tablespoon sugar
 
  cornflour
 
  sesame seeds
 
  green onion, to serve
 
  rice, to serve
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS
 
1.   Sprinkle cornflour thru sieve and coat tofu.
 
2.   Cook orange juice, sauces (soy, sriacha, sweet chilli etc) and sugar down to thick sauce (in fry pan).
 
3.   Fry tofu in veg oil. Serve and pour sauce over tofu.
 
    Great with rice and green onions/sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
