INGREDIENTS
 
1 packet of veggie mince,
or mushrooms
(to replace 250g minced steak)
 
1 packet chicken noodle soup
 
3 cups hot water
 
3 tablespoons rice
 
4 sticks celery
 
2 onions
 
250 g sliced french beans (dried)
 
1/2 cabbage
 
1 teaspoon curry powder
 
1 tablespoon soy sauce
 
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
 
  salt and pepper, to taste
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS
 
1.   Dice celery, onions and cabbage.
 
2.   Place soup mix and hot water in saucepan.
 
3.   Add all other ingredients. Stir until boiling and then cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
