INSTRUCTIONS

Cook capsicums and onion in a frypan until slightly softened.
|

Add in red kidney beans and refried beans, juice of half a lime, and the packet of fajita mix. Cook until all ingredients are hot.

Heat tortillas according to packet directions (40 seconds).
|

Serve fajita mix in a bowl, alongside tortillas, chopped avocado, sour cream and lime wedges. |
