INGREDIENTS
 
750 g chicken breast fillet cut into strips
 
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
 
6 tablespoons honey
 
1/4 cup oil
 
  [Batter]
 
4 tablespoons cornflour
 
1/4 cup plain flour
 
1 teaspoon baking powder
 
1/2 cup soda water (or water)
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
  [Serve With]
 
  cooked baby boc Choy
 
  cooked packet 90 second rice
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS
 
1.   Add batter dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whisk. The batter should be thick and glossy. Allow batter to rest for 30 minutes.
 
2.   Add chicken to batter. Heat oil until a cube of bread sizzles in the oil. Fry chicken in batches, do not over-crowd.
 
3.   Toss chicken in honey and serve garnished with sesame seeds.
