tablespoon sugar

teaspoon salt
|

cup soy milk
|

tablespoons vegetable oil
|

tablespoons water |

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Heat vegan butter in a fry pan.
|

Pour in mix to desired pancake sizes.
|

|
Serve with lemon and sugar, or maple syrup, or yogurt and fruit. |
