INGREDIENTS
 
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
 
1 tablespoon baking powder
 
1 tablespoon sugar
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
1 cup soy milk
 
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
 
2 tablespoons water
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS
 
1.   Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
 
2.   Heat vegan butter in a fry pan.
 
3.   Pour in mix to desired pancake sizes.
 
4.   Serve with lemon and sugar, or maple syrup, or yogurt and fruit.
