INGREDIENTS
 
1 pack tender crumbed schnitzels (Veggie delights brand)
 
1 jar stir through roasted vegetables (Leggo's)
 
  hamburger buns
 
  vegenaise (vegan mayo jar)
 
  vegan cheese
 
  iceberg lettuce leaves
 
  nuttelex (vegan margerine)
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS
 
1.   Place parmas on an oven tray and then cover with vege sauce and they grated cheese. Cook in oven to Parma instructions.
 
2.   Once cooked, put parmas into buttered hamburger buns, add a lettuce leaf and spread on some vaganaise.
 
3.   If you're tough as, add some hot sauce!!!
