              | 250 |  | beef (1/2 supermarket stir fry pack) |  
              | 1/2 |  | pack bean sprouts |  
              | 2 |  | iceberg lettuce leaves |  
              | 2 |  | tablespoons Sichuan Pepper Ma La Sauce |

        |  INSTRUCTIONS 
 
            
              | 1. |  | Boil 500ml of water in the kettle. |  
              | 2. |  | Meanwhile, fry beef in a pan until just cooked (brown). |  
              | 3. |  | Add bean sprouts and lettuce leaves to a serving bowl. Put beef on top, Add the boiled water until sprouts, lettuce and beef are covered.
                Stir in Sichuan Pepper Ma La Sauce. |  
              |  |  | Add a chopped thai chilli if you like it spicy. |
