Sichuan Beef Soup

INGREDIENTS
 
250 beef (1/2 supermarket stir fry pack)
 
1/2 pack bean sprouts
 
2 iceberg lettuce leaves
 
2 tablespoons Sichuan Pepper Ma La Sauce
 
   
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS
 
1.   Boil 500ml of water in the kettle.
 
2.   Meanwhile, fry beef in a pan until just cooked (brown).
 
3.   Add bean sprouts and lettuce leaves to a serving bowl. Put beef on top, Add the boiled water until sprouts, lettuce and beef are covered. Stir in Sichuan Pepper Ma La Sauce.
 
    Add a chopped thai chilli if you like it spicy.
     





 
    To make it vegan and super easy, just put a can of mixed stir fry vegetables in a bowl, microwave for 90 seconds, cover with boiling water from the kettle, then stir in 2 tablespoons of Sichuan Pepper Ma La Sauce.
