Sichuan Beef Soup

INGREDIENTS

beef (1/2 supermarket stir fry pack)
|

pack bean sprouts
|

|
iceberg lettuce leaves
|

tablespoons Sichuan Pepper Ma La Sauce
|

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil 500ml of water in the kettle.
|

Meanwhile, fry beef in a pan until just cooked (brown).
|

Add bean sprouts and lettuce leaves to a serving bowl. Put beef on top, Add the boiled water until sprouts, lettuce and beef are covered.
Stir in Sichuan Pepper Ma La Sauce.

Add a chopped thai chilli if you like it spicy. |

|

|
To make it vegan and super easy, just put a can of mixed stir fry vegetables in a bowl, microwave for 90 seconds, cover with boiling water from the kettle, then stir in 2 tablespoons of Sichuan Pepper Ma La Sauce. |
