INGREDIENTS

chicken breasts
|

|
stick of green onion, chopped
|

hot green chilli
|
| 1 |
|
hot red chilli
|
| 1 |
|
tablespoon of oil, for cooking
|

|
teaspoon light soy sauce
|
| 1/2 |

teaspoon dark soy sauce
|

teaspoon oyster sauce
|

Marinade
|

|
teaspoon cooking wine
|
| 1 |
|
teaspoon light soy sauce
|
| 1 |
|
teaspoon dark soy sauce
|
| 1 |
|
teaspoon potato starch |

INSTRUCTIONS

Thinly slice chicken breast and place in a bowl.
Add marinade ingredients (cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, potato starch).
Massage through with your hands then sit to marinade for 10 minutes.

Heat oil then add chicken, stir fry until colour changes.

Add green onion and mix well.
Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce
and oyster sauce.
Add chillies and stir fry until cooked.
