INGREDIENTS

packet frozen vegetable spring rolls
|

cos lettuce
|
| 1 |
|
bunch mint leaves
|
| 1 |
|
bottle vietnamese dipping sauce (poonsin brand)
|
| |
|
chilli flakes, optional |

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook spring rolls according to packet instructions.
|

Meanwhile, wash lettuce and mint and cut enough leaves so each spring roll has 1 lettuce leaf and 1 mint leaf each.

Put dipping sauce and some chilli flakes in a small dipping bowl.
|

|
Serve spring rolls once cooked on a plate, with lettuce leaves and mint leaves on another plate for people to make their own as they eat.

To make, wrap each cooked spring roll in a lettuce leaf with a mint leaf in it. Then dip it in to the Vietnamese dipping sauce. |
