Spring Rolls (Vietnamese Style)

INGREDIENTS
 
1 packet frozen vegetable spring rolls
 
1 cos lettuce
 
1 bunch mint leaves
 
1 bottle vietnamese dipping sauce (poonsin brand)
 
  chilli flakes, optional
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS
 
1.   Cook spring rolls according to packet instructions.
 
2.   Meanwhile, wash lettuce and mint and cut enough leaves so each spring roll has 1 lettuce leaf and 1 mint leaf each.
 
3.   Put dipping sauce and some chilli flakes in a small dipping bowl.
 
4.   Serve spring rolls once cooked on a plate, with lettuce leaves and mint leaves on another plate for people to make their own as they eat.
 
5.   To make, wrap each cooked spring roll in a lettuce leaf with a mint leaf in it. Then dip it in to the Vietnamese dipping sauce.
