INGREDIENTS
 
1 cup brown rice and quinoa (microwave cup)
 
1 handful of mung beans mix
 
1 handful rainbow coleslaw
(carrot, beets, broc - woolies)
 
1 small can corn
 
1 small can 4 bean mix
 
5 snow peas
 
  lime juice, to serve
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS
 
1.   Mix all ingredients together.
