INGREDIENTS

g can green curry paste
|
| 500 |
|
g chicken breast, diced
|
| 700 |
|
ml coconut milk
|
| 250 |
|
g veggies of your choice, ie:
- can mixed asian veggies
- baby buc choy
- beans sprouts
|
| 1 |
|
chilli, sliced, and rice to serve |

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir fry can of green curry paste with 200ml of coconut milk until it boils.
|

|
Add chicken and remaining 500ml of coconut milk and stir until chicken is cooked.
|
| 3. |
|
Add your 250g of chosen vegetables and keep stirring until cooked.
|
| 4. |
|
Garnish with red chilli and serve with rice. |
