Tuna-less Mornay

INGREDIENTS
 
400 g spiral pasta (fusilli)
 
1 can of peas & corn
 
1 can of baby carrots
 
1 can of asparagus soup
 
1 cup of grated vegan cheese
 
1   can of tuna (optional)
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS
 
1.   Cook pasta in large pot as per packet directions. Then drain in to colander.
 
2.   Tip pasta back into pot then mix in pea and corn, carrots, soup and cheese (and tuna if using). Mix it real good.
 
3.   Tip into casserole dish and then sprinkle on a bit more cheese.
 
4.   Bake in oven on 180° for around 20 minutes or until cheese is starting to brown.
