Tuna-less Mornay

INGREDIENTS
| 400 |
|
g spiral pasta (fusilli)
|
| 1 |
|
can of peas & corn
|
| 1 |
|
can of baby carrots
|
| 1 |
|
can of asparagus soup
|
| 1 |
|
cup of grated vegan cheese
|
| 1 |
|
can of tuna (optional) |

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook pasta in large pot as per packet directions. Then drain in to colander.
|

|
Tip pasta back into pot then mix in pea and corn, carrots, soup and cheese (and tuna if using). Mix it real good.
|

|
Tip into casserole dish and then sprinkle on a bit more cheese.
|
| 4. |
|
Bake in oven on 180° for around 20 minutes or until cheese is starting to brown. |
