Vegetable Soup

INGREDIENTS

g potatoes,
cut into pieces (3 cm)

fresh tomato, cut into halves

g brown onion, cut into halves

garlic clove

|
g mixed vegetables
(e.g. carrots, turnip, leek),
cut into pieces

sprigs fresh parsley,
leaves only

tablespoon Vegetable stock paste

teaspoon ground black pepper,
to taste

|
ml water
|

|
g butter or olive oil

bread stick, to serve |

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop everything up.
|

Boil in large saucepan until everything is cooked (20 mins).
|

Blend then serve with bread stick from bakery. |
