Vegan Egg Dip

INGREDIENTS

cup water
|

tablespoon cornflour, heaped
|

|
tablespoons soy milk
|
| 2 |
|
teaspoon nutritional yeast
|
| 1/4 |
|
teaspoon turmeric
|
| 1/2 |
|
teaspoon kala namak (black salt) |

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk all the ingredients except the kala namak, together in a small saucepan.

Set over a medium-high heat stirring constantly with a whisk until the sauce cooks and thickens (about 5 mins).

Stir the kala namak in at the end. Serve. |
