INGREDIENTS
 
1 cup water
 
1 tablespoon cornflour, heaped
 
2 tablespoons soy milk
 
2 teaspoon nutritional yeast
 
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
 
1/2 teaspoon kala namak (black salt)
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS
 
1.   Whisk all the ingredients except the kala namak, together in a small saucepan.
 
2.   Set over a medium-high heat stirring constantly with a whisk until the sauce cooks and thickens (about 5 mins).
 
3.   Stir the kala namak in at the end. Serve.
