INGREDIENTS (Per Bowl)
 
1 bunch of asparagus
 
1 large spoon of hommus dip
 
2 potatoes
 
100 g mushrooms
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS
 
1.   Cut potatoes in to slices then roast in oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. (Alternatively you can make mash by boiling potatoes in saucepan. Cook for 20 minutes then mash with vegan milk and butter).
 
2.   Meanwhile, trim asapragus, cook in over for 20 mins with a dash of olive oil and cracked black pepper.
 
3.   Then cook mushrooms in frypan with vegan butter and garlic and herb seasoning until golden brown.
 
4.   Put all cooked ingredients in a bowl then add hommus.
